Sheila A. Hopkins has stepped down from Cutera Inc.’s Board of Directors, effective immediately, with no disagreements cited, and will continue as a consultant until the end of September 2024. Meanwhile, seasoned finance executive Jeri Hilleman, with a wealth of experience in life sciences, is set to join the Board in July and is expected to contribute to the Audit Committee. Hilleman’s impressive background includes CFO roles at various healthcare firms and board positions, demonstrating her extensive financial and industry expertise.
