Sheen Tai Holdings Group Co. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Bai Chaoshun as an executive director, effective from 1 August 2024. With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Bai’s role will involve overseeing the company’s strategic operations and development. Additionally, post-share transfer, he will become a substantial shareholder of the company, holding an interest in 608,500,000 shares.
