Shanshan Brand Management Co., Ltd. has announced an update to their final ordinary dividend for the year ending 31 December 2023, declaring a dividend of RMB 0.08 per share, which will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0988. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 07 June 2024 to be eligible for the dividend that will be paid on 02 August 2024, with withholding tax rates applicable to non-resident individuals and enterprises set at 10% or 20% depending on the shareholder’s country of residence.
