Shangri-La Asia Plans Bye-Law Amendments

Shangri-La Asia (SHALF) has released an update.

Shangri-La Asia Limited is set to enhance its corporate flexibility by proposing amendments to its Bye-Laws, allowing for the holding of treasury shares, aligning with upcoming changes to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules. Shareholders will need to approve these amendments at the upcoming annual general meeting for them to take effect immediately after. Detailed information regarding the amendments will be distributed to shareholders in the form of a circular, along with the AGM notice.
