Shangri-La Asia (SHALF) has released an update.
Shangri-La Asia Limited has announced the extension of its Hotel Management Agreement with SLIM-SG for Jen Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La, for an additional three years without changes to the terms, set to expire on 31 March 2027. This renewal is classified as a continuing connected transaction as per the Listing Rules, due to Project Co’s association with a substantial shareholder of the company, but does not require independent shareholder approval.
