Shangri-La Asia Limited has announced a series of agreements for a development project and hotel services in Kunming, Mainland China, involving its wholly owned subsidiaries and an associate of the company’s substantial shareholder. The deals, which include project management and hotel services, fall within specific reporting thresholds, thus avoiding the need for independent shareholder approval as per Listing Rules. The financial details of these agreements will be included in the company’s future annual reports.
