The announcement was made in compliance with Hong Kong’s listing rules and includes a declaration of no responsibility by the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for its contents. The board of directors for Shangri-La Asia Limited comprises a mix of executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive members.
