Shanghai Zendai Property Ltd. shareholders have overwhelmingly approved a sale and purchase agreement and a change of company name at their recent Special General Meeting, with both resolutions receiving 99.99% of votes in favor. The company is set to change its English name to ‘DevGreat Group Limited’, with a corresponding secondary Chinese name, subject to regulatory approval.
