Shanghai Industrial Holdings has announced the appointment of Mr. Xu You Li as Executive Director, Deputy CEO, CFO, and Executive Committee member, effective August 8, 2024. Mr. Gu Feng has also been appointed as Deputy CEO. These strategic appointments come with Mr. Xu’s extensive experience in corporate management, investment, and financing, and Mr. Gu’s strong background in finance and investment.
