Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. has declared a final dividend of RMB 0.27 per share for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, to be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09639, equivalent to HKD 0.3 per share. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by July 29, 2024, to be entitled to the dividend, which will be paid on August 23, 2024. Non-resident individual and enterprise shareholders are subject to a 10% withholding tax, while Mainland investors through Stock Connect are subject to a 20% withholding tax.
