Shanghai Electric Group has announced that its shareholder, Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (SSCI), plans to exchange up to 0.5% of its shares in the company for shares in the CSI Shanghai State-owned Exchange Traded Index-based Investment Fund.
