Shanghai Electric Group’s controlling shareholder, Shanghai Electric Holding Group Co., Ltd., has reduced its equity interest in the company by 2.28% following an exchange of bonds. This change, occurring between September 30 and October 23, 2024, results in SEGC holding 47.50% of the total share capital, down from 49.78%. The exchange does not involve a takeover offer and complies with all relevant securities regulations.
