Shandong Gold Mining Co., Ltd. has announced an updated final dividend of RMB 1.4 per 10 shares for the year ending December 31, 2023, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09816. Shareholders registered outside of the PRC will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, while domestic individual investors will face a 20% rate. The dividend is set to be paid on July 30, 2024, following shareholder approval on June 6, 2024.
