Shanaya Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 26, 2024, in Singapore, with a quorum present and chaired by Mr. Sukhvinder Singh Chopra. Shareholders and board members, including the CEO Mr. Mohamed Gani Mohamed Ansari, were in attendance. The meeting agenda proceeded smoothly, with resolutions passed by polling in accordance with the company’s constitution and the SGX-ST Catalist Rules.
