Shaftesbury Capital (GB:SHC) has released an update.
Shaftesbury Capital PLC has announced its 2024 interim cash dividend of 1.7 pence per share, with a payment date set for October 1, 2024, to shareholders registered by August 23. The dividend includes a property income distribution of 1.0 pence, subject to UK withholding tax, and a non-PID of 0.7 pence. Additionally, for shareholders in South Africa, the dividend will be converted at an exchange rate of 23.28310 ZAR to 1 GBP, with applicable UK and SA withholding taxes.
