Shaftesbury Capital PLC has announced a significant interim dividend payout for its shareholders, leading to a Capital Distribution event as per the bond conditions. This will result in an adjustment to the Exchange Property for bondholders, effective on 1 October 2024. A detailed notice will be issued to bondholders, explaining the changes in the Exchange Property per Bond after the capital distribution is added.
