SH Mining Pty Ltd has announced a takeover offer for Azure Minerals Limited, with certain conditions already met and the offer remaining subject to others not yet fulfilled. The bid, involving a scheme of arrangement and off-market takeover, is set to close on May 8, 2024. SH Mining currently holds a 39.48% stake in Azure Minerals.
