Seven Group Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, collectively known as the SGH Group, have increased their voting power in Boral Limited from 91.50% to 92.90% following the acquisition of shares via a takeover offer and the disposal of shares associated with exchangeable notes. This change occurred on May 31, 2024, and has been duly reported in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001. The updated shareholding reflects changes in the relevant interests and associations within the SGH Group.
