SG Fleet Group Limited has announced the issuance of 285,168 performance rights under their employee incentive scheme, which will not be quoted on ASX until the restrictions on transfer end. The securities are unquoted equity securities set to be issued on September 26, 2024, as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to incentivize their workforce.
