SG Fleet Director’s Holdings Increase

SG Fleet Group Ltd. (AU:SGF) has released an update.

Robbie Blau, a director at SG Fleet Group Ltd., has increased his holdings through the allocation of 88,571 unlisted performance rights, valued at $3.128 each, under the company’s STI Performance Rights scheme for FY24. Blau’s total holdings now include over 6.5 million fully paid ordinary shares, 452,147 unlisted performance rights, and 4.5 million unlisted options. These recent changes reflect the company’s short-term incentive arrangements for its directors.
