Paul Purcell has stepped down from his director position at Sezzle Inc., choosing not to seek reelection at the upcoming Annual General Meeting due to growing professional commitments. His resignation, effective immediately, is not related to any issues with the company’s operations or practices. Sezzle Inc. publicly announced his departure the following day.
