Severn Trent Plc has announced the grant of conditional awards totaling 321,377 Ordinary Shares under its Long Term Incentive Plan 2021, aligning with their Directors’ Remuneration Policy. Directors and key management personnel were recipients of these awards, which are subject to performance targets and will vest in 2027, with no payment required for the grant. The Remuneration Committee retains the discretion to adjust the vesting outcomes to reflect the company’s overall performance.
