Severn Trent PLC has announced that their Non-Executive Director, Sarah Legg, is set to join Man Group plc as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit and Risk and Nomination and Governance Committees from 10 May 2024. This move aligns with the company’s adherence to the requirements of the LR 9.6.14R notification.
