Sevens Atelier Limited is set to expand its capital through the issuance of 714,285 new ordinary shares at S$0.140 each, following the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited’s approval for listing on the Catalist Board. Shareholders must note that this approval should not be seen as an endorsement of the share’s potential value. The company will make a further announcement once the shares are officially allotted and issued.
