Serve Robotics Inc (SERV) has provided an update.
Ali Pourdad will not seek re-election to the Board of Serve Robotics Inc. at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting, with no disagreements prompting his departure. The Board plans to nominate David Goldberg, a seasoned professional with financial expertise in the automotive sector and former consultancy experience with the firm, as his replacement. Goldberg, who previously worked with REE Automotive and Magna International, will serve on the audit and nominating and governance committees if elected. His prior consulting agreement with Serve Robotics also included a financial package and stock award.
