Servcorp Director Increases Shareholding

Servcorp Limited (AU:SRV) has released an update.

In a recent update, Servcorp Limited has reported a change in the interest of Director Alfred George Moufarrige, who acquired an additional 25,000 indirect ordinary shares through an on-market trade, valued at $100,999.60. Following the purchase, Moufarrige holds a total of 547,436 direct ordinary shares and 51,475,715 indirect ordinary shares in the company. This transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
