Sernova Corp, a biotech firm specializing in cell therapies for chronic diseases, has announced a private placement offering aimed at raising up to $4 million. The funds will be utilized to support its ongoing clinical trial for a Type 1 diabetes treatment and to prepare for a new trial for hypothyroidism, as well as for general corporate purposes. The offering has already attracted over $2 million in lead orders, reflecting investor confidence.
