Serko Limited Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

Serko Ltd. (SERKF) has released an update.

At the recent Serko Limited Annual Shareholders Meeting, all board-supported resolutions passed, including the election of Dr. Sean Gourley as a non-executive director, the re-election of Mr. Robert Shaw, an increase in non-executive director remuneration, and authorization for director fee decisions for Deloitte as the auditor for the next financial year.
