Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc has announced the acquisition of 424,259 ordinary shares at prices ranging between £1.7520 and £1.7640 through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, to be held in treasury. This latest purchase is part of an ongoing share buyback programme initiated on 29 February 2024, which has resulted in a total of 45,684,243 shares bought back to date. Post transaction, the company’s total number of shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury, stands at 1,057,861,723, with an equal number of voting rights.
