Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc has announced the buyback of 850,000 ordinary shares on June 21, 2024, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program initiated on February 29, 2024. With this latest transaction, the company has now bought back a total of 30,348,992 shares, all of which are to be held as treasury shares. The total number of shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury, remains at 1,073,196,974, maintaining the number of voting rights for shareholders.
