Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc has announced the acquisition of 450,000 of its own ordinary shares on 19 July 2024, as part of an ongoing share buyback programme initiated on 29 February 2024. The total shares bought back under the programme now amount to 34,605,245, with the latest batch to be held in treasury. This leaves the company with 1,068,940,721 Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
