Serco Group plc has reported the acquisition of 200,000 ordinary shares at 2 pence each on July 8, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buyback program that began on February 29, 2024. With this latest transaction, the company’s total buyback reaches 32,680,149 shares, which are to be held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the company stands at 1,070,865,817.
