Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc has recently announced the acquisition of 27,068 ordinary shares through Barclays Capital Securities Limited, intending to hold these in treasury. This latest purchase brings the total shares bought back under the current programme, initiated on 29 February 2024, to 33,489,402. Post-transaction, the company’s total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, stands at 1,070,056,564, all of which have voting rights.
