Serco Group Appoints New Non-Executive Director

Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.

Serco Group plc has announced the appointment of Victoria Hull as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from 1 September 2024. Hull brings a wealth of experience from her previous senior roles, including as Executive Director and General Counsel at Invensys plc and Telewest Communications plc, and holds significant positions in other companies. The company’s Chair, John Rishton, expressed enthusiasm for Hull’s addition to the Board, citing her valuable experience.
