Seraphim Space Trust Sells Early-Stage Portfolio

Seraphim Space Investment Trust Plc (GB:SSIT) has released an update.

Seraphim Space Investment Trust PLC has sold its interest in nine early-stage SpaceTech companies to a new private venture capital fund, Seraphim Space Ventures II LP, for £3.8 million. The transaction provides SSIT an interest in the Venture Fund and will not require further commitments, management fees, or carried interest. This strategic move allows SSIT to focus on growth-stage opportunities while maintaining exposure to an expanding portfolio of SpaceTech startups.
