SEPLAT Petroleum Development (GB:SEPL) has released an update.
Seplat Energy PLC, a prominent Nigerian energy firm dual-listed on the Nigerian and London stock exchanges, has announced the exchange rate for its 2023 final and special dividend payments in Naira. Shareholders will be paid at a rate of 1,309.88 NGN for each US dollar, as determined by the NAFEM closing rate on April 25, 2024. The company directs shareholders to its February announcement for details on the default currency.
