SenseTime Group, Inc. Class B has announced a new placement of 1,673,446,000 Class B shares at HK$1.20 each, representing about 5-6% of their total issued shares. This placement, conducted under a general mandate from their last AGM, is expected to raise around HK$2 billion in gross proceeds. The offered shares are at a discount from recent trading prices, but investors are cautioned as the placement’s completion is subject to certain conditions.
