SenSen Networks Limited has issued 1,130,813 new shares as part of its Salary Sacrifice Plan, allowing senior staff to receive shares instead of a portion of their salary based on a 20-day volume weighted average price. The shares were issued in compliance with relevant sections of the Corporations Act, without the need for disclosure under Part 6D.2, and no excluded information needs to be disclosed. SenSen continues to innovate in AI technology, with its Live Awareness AI Platform contributing to urban efficiency and safety in major cities, as well as cost savings for global fuel brands.
