SenSen Networks Ltd. has disclosed a change in Director Subhash Challa’s interest, with a notable conversion of Performance Rights into 2,878,788 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares. The conversion was based on the company’s long term incentive plan, linked to performance targets and approved by shareholders. Post-conversion, Challa directly holds 34,910,406 shares and 6 Performance Rights, with an indirect interest in 63,362,283 shares through a trust and superannuation fund.
