Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc has announced the closing of its B shares subscription offer, initially opened on 24 August 2023, which aimed to raise up to £20 million before issue costs. The deadline for applications and funds clearance is noon on 8 August 2024, with final allotment scheduled for the following day. A subsequent B share offer is set to launch soon after this date.
