Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc has announced the issuance of 122,182 new B ordinary shares to meet the demands of its recent offer aimed at raising up to £20 million. With the shares priced between 57.8p and 58.7p, the company’s total voting rights now stand at 31,793,793. The offer successfully closed with £2,089,866.25 in valid applications, and the new B Shares are expected to commence trading around 19 August 2024.
