Sendas Distribuidora S.A. has announced the appointment of Mr. José Roberto Meister Müssnich as an independent member of its Board of Directors, as well as to the company’s Finance and Investment Committee and People, Culture and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Müssnich brings a wealth of experience from the cash and carry market, most notably from his 14 years as CEO of Atacadão S.A., and his involvement in international firms including Grupo LabelVie SA. His extensive background in business management and various specializations is expected to contribute to Sendas Distribuidora’s strategic and financial growth.
