Sendas Distribuidora S.A. has announced the resignation of Mr. Luiz Nelson Guedes de Carvalho from his roles as independent member of the Board of Directors and Coordinator of the Audit Committee due to health reasons. The company expressed gratitude for his service and contribution. A meeting of the Board of Directors will be convened to elect his successor for both positions.
