Sendas Distribuidora S.A. announced the appointment of José Roberto Meister Müssnich as an independent member of the Board of Directors, following the resignation of Luiz Nelson Guedes de Carvalho. Müssnich, who will also serve on the Company’s People, Culture and Remuneration Committee and the Finance and Investment Committee, is set to assume his role by the next Annual General Meeting, with Enéas Cesar Pestana Neto appointed to the Audit Committee.
