Semiconductor Manufacturing International (DE:MKN2) has released an update.

Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation has announced its Annual General Meeting to be held on June 28, 2024, where they will discuss the 2023 annual report, re-elect directors, and consider auditors’ appointments. Additionally, the company plans to forgo dividend distribution for 2023 due to significant capital expenditures and future development needs. Also on the agenda is the approval of hedging business activities and the authorization for the management to handle and sign related documents.
