Sembcorp Industries, through its subsidiary Sembcorp Green Hydrogen, has signed an important agreement with Sojitz Corporation and Kyushu Electric Power, setting the stage for a significant green ammonia offtake arrangement from India. The deal, which aims to supply Japan with 200,000 metric tonnes of green ammonia annually, underscores a strategic collaboration between Japan, Singapore, and India to foster a low-carbon supply chain and bolster the shift to a clean economy.
