Segro Plc (Reit) (GB:SGRO) has released an update.
SEGRO Plc successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM), with all proposed resolutions passed by a majority of shareholders. The voting results saw near-unanimous support for the re-election of directors and the adoption of financial statements, including a final dividend declaration. The AGM also saw the approval of the Directors’ Remuneration Report and the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company auditor.
