Segro Plc (Reit) (GB:SGRO) has released an update.
SEGRO Plc has announced an application for the listing of over 13 million Ordinary Shares to support its Scrip Dividend Scheme for the 2023 Final Dividend. The shares are expected to be listed on the London Stock Exchange by May 3, 2024, and will have equal standing with the existing Ordinary Shares.
