Segro Plc (Reit) (GB:SGRO) has released an update.
SEGRO Plc has awarded free shares under their Share Incentive Plan (SIP) to eligible employees, including Directors David Sleath and Soumen Das, with shares valued at £3,600. The award, based on a share price of 882.08 pence, is part of a scheme approved by HMRC and is aimed at employees who have been with the company since October 2023. The Directors’ beneficial holdings have increased accordingly, with Sleath holding 795,266 shares and Das, partly through an associate, holding 445,357 shares.
