Segro Plc (Reit) (GB:SGRO) has released an update.
SEGRO Plc is set to expand its share capital with the admission of 1,380,000 new ordinary shares to the London Stock Exchange’s Official List, scheduled for May 7, 2024. These shares will be equally ranked with the current ordinary shares and are allocated under various employee incentive schemes.
